cancellation policy

I strive to provide a personalized, positive experience to all clients. When you book your appointment, the time is reserved exclusively for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEUDLE: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, there will be a non-refundable 25% of the scheduled service fee.

LATE ARRIVAL: Please arrive no later than 10 minutes from the start of your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive after the 10 minute mark, you may be asked to reschedule and charged a non-refundable fee of $25, if there is not enough time. I will do my best to accommodate your appointment.

NO SHOW: Clients that fail to show or completely miss their appointment will be charged a “No Show” fee, which is 50% of the original cost of the scheduled service(s).
